Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, here's exactly how refunds work, so you know before you book.

If you cancel

Refund amount depends on how much notice we have. The further out you are, the more flexible we can be — because the closer to your date, the more we've already committed to your event (calendar, staff, ingredients).

Drop-Off Bar cancellations

For Drop-Off Bar bookings, the same sliding scale applies to the package portion ($349+). The $100 tool deposit is fully refundable as long as tools haven't already been delivered; if we've delivered the kit by the time you cancel, the tool deposit is held until tools are returned undamaged.

If we reschedule (rare)

If we have to cancel or reschedule on you — bartender illness, equipment failure we can't sub around, etc. — you get a full refund, or a credit toward a future booking. Your call. We'd rather lose the revenue than leave you stuck.

Rescheduling at your request

We'll work with you on a reschedule free of charge up to 14 days before your event, subject to availability. Inside 14 days, rescheduling is treated the same as a cancellation under the tiers above — but we'll do our best to credit what we can toward the new date.

Force majeure

If something outside either of our control makes the event impossible or unsafe — severe weather, natural disaster, public-health order, government restriction, venue closure caused by the above — we'll mutually reschedule with no penalty and no fee. If a reschedule isn't practical, you'll get a full refund.

Disputes

If something isn't right, email us first. We've never had a dispute we couldn't resolve by talking directly, and we'd like to keep it that way. If email doesn't get us to a resolution, our full dispute terms are in Section 10 of the Terms of Service.
