Can I name a drink after the birthday person?
Yes β€” that's the whole point of the Custom package. We design one signature cocktail around the guest of honor (e.g., "The Maya," "Jordan's 30th"), print it on menu cards, and our bartender pitches it all night.
What if it's a milestone (30/40/50)?
Milestone birthdays get specific theming built in. "The 30th" gets its own menu treatment. 40ths get a more polished, cigar-bar aesthetic if you want it. 50+ we lean into elegant, classic cocktails. Tell us the number, we'll match the vibe.
Do you do surprise parties?
Absolutely β€” and we're pros at staying invisible until showtime. We'll coordinate arrival and setup time with you (not the guest of honor), use a discreet side entrance if needed, and hold the big reveal for the toast.
How early should I book?
For Saturday nights, 6-8 weeks ahead is safe. For peak season (May, June, October, December), 10-12 weeks. Weekdays and Sundays often open up last-minute. Check our availability calendar on the homepage β€” or just text Edgar at (714) 643-4780.
What's the BYOB / dry bar model?
You buy the alcohol. We bring everything else β€” the bar, the bartender, the mixers, the garnish, the glass, the ice, the setup. Before your event we send a precise shopping list (bottles + quantities) sized to your guest count. You save ~40% on bar costs vs. a full-service hosted bar.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is locked by guest count band (shown above). Weekend premium is +$300 on Fri/Sat for the Custom package. 200+ guests is always a custom quote β€” call Edgar.
