The questions we get most from holiday party hosts.

Which holidays do you specialize in?
Halloween, Thanksgiving eve, Christmas (all of December), NYE, Valentine's Day, Cinco de Mayo, 4th of July. Any holiday that calls for a cocktail, really. Easter? We can do that too.
Do you do NYE toasts?
Yes — and we do them properly. Branded acrylic champagne flutes, pre-poured 5 minutes before midnight so no one misses the countdown, and a designated "midnight cocktail" on the menu. We stay past 12 for cleanup.
Can you theme to a specific holiday?
Absolutely. Tell us the holiday and we match everything — cocktail names, garnish, menu card design, even the bartender's outfit accents (Santa hat optional, witch hat strongly encouraged at Halloween).
How early do December dates book up?
Saturday Dec 7 through NYE typically sells out by early October. Corporate holiday parties (usually first two Thursdays of December) book in August. If you're reading this in November and need December, call Edgar directly.
What's the BYOB / dry bar model?
You buy the alcohol. We bring everything else — the bar, the bartender, the mixers, the garnish, the glass, the ice, the setup. We send a precise shopping list sized to your guest count. You save ~40% vs. a full-service bar.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is locked by guest count band (shown above). Weekend premium is +$300 on Fri/Sat for the Custom package. NYE and Dec 23-31 may require a holiday premium — we'll flag it in your quote. 200+ guests is always a custom quote.
