The questions we get most from couples and their families.

Can you do a proposal surprise bar setup?

Yes — and we love this. We'll coordinate arrival and setup with the planner (not the person being proposed to), stay invisible until the "yes," then kick into celebration mode. We've done beach, rooftop, and backyard proposals. Tell us the plan, we'll work around it.

Can we have two cocktails — one named after each partner?

Absolutely. On the Custom package, we can do two named signature cocktails (e.g., "Alex's Old Fashioned" and "Sam's French 75") plus a third crowd-pleaser. Works especially well when the couple's tastes are different.

Do you do outdoor venues?

Yes — backyards, beaches, rooftops, vineyards. We need level ground, shade for glassware (we bring a pop-up if needed), access to water within ~50 ft, and power if you want lit signage. Not a concern for most OC venues.

Will you coordinate with a photographer?

Happy to. We'll share setup timing so they can capture the bar empty before guests arrive, queue up toast moments, and stay out of key shot angles during the event. Most photographers we've worked with become repeat fans.

How does the bring-your-own-bottles model work?

You buy the alcohol. We bring everything else — the bar, the bartender, mixers, garnish, glass, ice, setup. We send a precise shopping list ahead of time sized to your guest count. You save ~40% vs. a full-service hosted bar.

How does pricing work?

Events start at $1,000 for up to 50 guests, then +$10 per guest above that, and events of 70+ guests include a second bartender (a $150 staffing step already in the price). No weekend premium. Over 150 guests is a custom quote. Use "See My Price" to see your exact number in about 30 seconds — it's the live price, no waiting.
