Frequently Asked.

The questions we get from new homeowners and realtors.

Do you do realtor open houses?
Yes β€” and this has become a huge segment for us. We've done $2M+ property previews in Newport Coast, Laguna, and Irvine. We bring COI, W-9, and a low-profile setup that stays out of the way of the listing photos. Typically 2-4 hours, $1,099-$1,499 range.
What about small spaces?
We can fit into a 6-ft footprint. For tight condos or studios, we use a counter-top bar setup instead of the full 6-ft bar β€” same quality, smaller presence. Send us photos of the space during booking and we'll pick the right config.
Outdoor or indoor?
Both. For outdoor (backyards, patios, balconies), we need level ground and shade for glassware. For indoor, we need a clear pathway for bar setup and ideally a space near a sink (though not required). We're comfortable in every OC home type.
Can you work around a caterer?
Happy to. We coordinate setup times so we're not fighting for kitchen space. We set up in a separate zone (living room corner, dining room, patio). Catering handles food, we handle drinks, nobody gets in each other's way.
What's the BYOB / dry bar model?
You buy the alcohol. We bring everything else β€” the bar, the bartender, the mixers, the garnish, the glass, the ice. We send a precise shopping list sized to your guest count. Save ~40% vs. a hosted bar.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is locked by guest count band (shown above). Weekend premium is +$300 on Fri/Sat for the Custom package. 200+ guests is always a custom quote.
